Student Assistant 1

​Key Responsibilities

  • ​An excellent aesthetic eye; ability to create arresting & engaging designs for the web platform (primarily)
  • Design & develop digital banners, new responsive websites
  • Implementing custom features
  • Producing and transforming mockups and web design into working prototype
  • Experience in responsive web design and layout
  • Producing products that are user-friendly, effective and appealing

Key Requirements

  • ​Experience in website designing
  • Knowledge in browser compatibility
  • Full load of creative imagination 
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
  • Proficient with HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript
  • Good communication skills in understanding user requirement
  • Able to write well in English and understand/write Chinese
  • Able to independently carry out development work accordingly to requirement and specifications



Student Assistant 2

Key Responsibilities

  • Creation of contents for the website/Facebook in both English and Chinese
  • Able to do simple research and write content, to present info on the website in a clear and engaging manner
  • Able to give website designer inputs so that he/she can better translate your ideas 

Key Requirements
 
  • Excellent command in both English and Mandarin 
  • Candidates with prior translation experience preferred
  • Good communication skills in understanding user requirement
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proofread copy to check spelling/typo errors and grammar
  • Ensure consistency and quality in communication
  • Able to independently carry out development work accordingly to requirement and specifications
